An online consultation cannot always replace a hands-on examination. If your pet needs an exam, diagnostics or treatment, the vet will recommend a home visit or refer you to a veterinary facility.

A veterinarian visits your home to examine your pet and provide appropriate treatment on site. R500 consultation plus a travel fee from R150, added once per visit regardless of how many pets are seen.
