Pet Protect includes routine vaccinations and rabies according to your pet's plan. Additional vaccines, such as kennel cough for dogs or FeLV for cats, are not included and may be recommended based on lifestyle and individual risk.

Is this pet insurance?
No. GoVet Pet Protect is a wellness membership covering planned, preventative care. It does not cover accidents, illness treatment or emergencies.
What happens after my free consultations?
Once the included consultations for the year are used, member pricing applies automatically to further consultations.
Can I cancel?
Pet Protect is a 12-month membership. At the end of the term you can simply choose not to renew, with nothing further to pay. To cancel earlier, request it from Billing: GoVet works out the settlement set out in the Terms & Conditions, shows you the breakdown before anything is confirmed, and your cover continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
My puppy is growing — will my plan change?
Puppy & Kitten Protect stays in place until GoVet moves the pet to an adult plan with you.
